Who’d have ever thought the phrase ‘broke both my legs’ would apply to them? I certainly didn’t, alas that, it seems, is exactly what I’ve achieved this year. Thankfully this second attempt to knacker myself looks as if it will have limited success inasmuch as I’ve only managed to bust one bone this time.
